Welcome to Gwinear Golf Pitch & Putt

What better way to spend a morning or afternoon in Cornwall.

About Us

Welcome to Gwinear Golf

The course was originally designed some time in the 1980s.  Since then it has undergone many improvements to ensure that all our visitors have a happy and enjoyable time.  As Tim and I are both golfers we have tried to ensure that the course is as good as a pitch and putt can be.  We have defined tees, created bunkers, ponds, fairways, semi-rough and rough.  The greens are pretty true but do have to be tougher than a golf clubs greens due to our policy where we are happy for people to wear what they want on their feet (no heels though).

What Our Visitors Say

Lovely friendly place!

Found this course on trip advisor, wanted somewhere not too strict, where non-players could learn, where the cost wasn't prohibitive, well here it is, fantastic little course, 9 holes, so 3 hours of golf, holes range from 47 yards to the challenging 18th of 112 yards over the bushes. Club hire, bag, tees, balls (no charge for lost balls). We all thoroughly enjoyed our afternoon.

Cracking little find

Really enjoyed this. Well maintained little course and a few of the holes are pretty challenging, especially if your golf is as bad as ours!!
Friendly reception, when we arrived and we were duly issued with a bag of clubs and several balls, lucky as we lost a few between 9 holes!!
Probably one of the best pitch and putts I've played on in a long time.

A fun afternoon

A great way to spend an afternoon - the 9 holes took 5 of us over 3.5 hours which is probably a reflection of our poor golf - we had lots of laughs and a few lost balls. A really friendly place with no pressure to finish, made our little girl feel extra special which is always nice - Definitely recommend.
